Her adeptness in Relationship Management, cultivated during her tenure at the Department of Defence, equips her with invaluable skills necessary for projects demanding strong relationship management abilities.

Talicia Minniecon is a proud descendant of the the Kabi Kabi and Gurang Gurang Nations, the Australian South Sea Islanders from Ambrym Island, Vanuatu, the Zenadth Kes woman from Maluligal, Kemer Kemer Meriam Nations, and beyond. Talicia was born and resides on the lands of the Gimuy Waluburra Yidinji & Yirrgandjyi peoples.
Talicia is passionate about reclaiming educational sovereignty and pursuing cultural liberation, Talicia, alongside her family, co-founded the Kgira Kgarum First Nations Homeschool Co-Op. They take an active role in homeschooling her children, fostering an educational environment that places emphasis on connection to culture, community, communication, creativity, and kinship.
In addition to her commitment to her children's education, Talicia runs her own business, TTPOPP, a First Nations jewellery, accessories, and fashion brand. Through this venture, she strives to preserve and revitalise her cultural connections while advocating for the Indigenous community.
